Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you total authority over your e-mailboxes and email newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can set up a brand new electronic mail account in no time and manage its settings easily. Additionally, you can redirect e-mail messages from one e-mail box to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your email boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your email accounts and specify the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email accounts. Simply specify the mailbox you would like to forward messages from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the email client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
